2 months have passed since the most incredible, heartwarming and fun day of our lives – our wedding. The day was everything we had ever dreamt of, and more. Every day we sit, reminiscing our favourite moments, still overwhelmed with emotions, wishing we can do it all over again.
From the moment we embarked on our wedding journey with Inside Wedding, we knew we were in the hands of true artisans. Their dedication to creating the most classic, beautiful, and exhilarating celebration of love was nothing short of extraordinary.
Every detail we had, from the elegant floral arrangements that danced in the soft candlelight to the exquisite table settings that glimmered like starlight, was a testament to their impeccable taste and unwavering commitment to excellence. Our venue, transformed into a breathtaking sanctuary of romance, provided a magical backdrop that perfectly encapsulated our vision. And the ceremony itself - breathtaking, the team skill to tell our story to our guests, walk them through our journey in such a beautiful way left no eyes dry. All of our favourite people were immersed into our love story.
Our day unfolded like a fairytale, seamlessly orchestrated by the agency's devoted team. Their meticulous planning and keen eye for detail ensured that every moment flowed effortlessly, allowing us and our guests to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the occasion. The energy was infectious, with laughter echoing through the air as we danced the night away, our hearts brimming with happiness.
Irina – my friend, my wedding planner, my fairy godmother – thank you for everything you did for us, thank you for turning our vision into reality, thanks for the support and making our dreams come true.
To start - I am half Bulgarian, half Yemeni and my husband is British, and we live in England. We got engaged in September 2023 and our original plan was to get married in 2025, we didn’t feel like we could get everything done within a few months so the safe option was to take our time. I had been following insideweddings Instagram page for a long long time, Irina always looked so approachable on photos, the weddings she created looked clean, classic, stylish and elegant. Everything I’d ever wanted ours to be! I reached out to Irina and within a week we had our first call. The fact that our wedding was going to be 2 years from that call did not put her off at all! She made us feel so welcome, asked us questions, and made a real good effort to understand us as a couple and what we wanted. From that day onwards, I just knew – I FOUND HER! The person I was happy to trust with the most important day of our lives. She just got us. We felt so safe in her hands that we took a plunge and thought Why wait??? Within a week, we brought the wedding forwards by a year, had a venue and had signed the contract with InsideWedding!
Communication: The wedding prep started by setting a budget, which we were very clear about, writing an essay about our Dream wedding and filling in different questionnaires about us. Throughout the prep, we stayed in constant communication – either whatsapp, Instagram or zoom calls. When we had an important decision to make, Irina will always make sure we understand what that means, whether it fit with our vision, she would make sure it is communicated in both languages so we both feel comfortable. We would get together on a Zoom call every 4 weeks (or whenever we asked!). But I would talk to Irina on a daily basis, she would respond within seconds which I found so calming. I always knew what is going on, always knew what the next stage of the planning process was and there were no surprises!
Décor: I don’t even know where to start with Anna! She is a florist, a wedding professional, a magician. Everything she touches turns into gold – her décor is enchanting, captivating and timeless. I had a vision and she outdid what we wanted. It was 10000x better than what I had ever imagined. She remained flexible throughout the process, coming up with great ideas, changing things if I’d changed my mind but also not afraid to say no to me which is so Important!! She is an incredible professional whose job is to keep you on track with your vision, I trust her completely. Everything was beautiful, the comments and feedback we have received from our guests have been outstanding, and that the whole look of the wedding was EXCEPTIONAL!
Host and DJ: Oh my god, our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Denis and Ivan, from the bottom of our hearts – thank you! Thanks for keeping our guests entertained, thanks for vocalising our story, thanks for successfully and beautifully incorporating and intertwining 3 traditions in one day. You were both impeccable!!!!
